Organizational Change Manager

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Manager to support enterprise-wide business and IT initiatives. The successful candidate will lead change management activities using the Prosci/ADKAR methodology, helping teams and stakeholders successfully transition to new processes, systems, and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute Change Management Strategies and Plans aligned with Prosci/ADKAR.
- Assess organizational impacts, stakeholder needs, readiness, risks, and resistance.
- Develop communication, training, sponsor engagement, reinforcement, and resistance management plans.
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops, and change impact assessments.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Leads, project teams, and executive sponsors.
- Maintain OCM documentation, deliverables, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.




- Provide change management expertise and recommendations to support successful project delivery and adoption.

Qualifications & Experience

- Prosci/ADKAR certification and formal Change Management training required.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-wide Organizational Change Management initiatives, particularly within IT or digital transformation environments.
- Solid experience developing Change Management Strategies, Plans, communication plans, training plans, readiness assessments, and resistance management plans.
- Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience supporting complex organizational transformations or large-scale business initiatives is an asset.
- North American work experience preferred.
