Become an integral part of the Assertive Community Treatment Team as an Occupational Therapist. Focus on rehabilitative support for clients experiencing severe mental illness. Your recent experience in community settings will be essential, as will your understanding of the ACT model of Care. Demonstrating effective problem-solving and communication skills will enhance your contributions to this multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities:

Communicate and document client interactions thoroughly
Navigate healthcare systems and community resources adeptly Requirements:
Minimum qualifications: MSW, B.Sc. OT, M. Sc. OT, or equivalent
Active Ontario College membership
Experience with severe and persistent mental illness
Valid Ontario Driver’s License
