Location: Montreal or Quebec City (occasional onsite meetings)

As an AI Solutions Architecture Advisor, you will play a key role in designing the technological foundations that enable the organization to accelerate the adoption of artificial intelligence, automation, and digital solutions.

You will act as a strategic partner to business teams and a delivery facilitator, transforming business needs into practical, integrated, secure, and scalable solutions. You will contribute to accelerating the delivery of cutting-edge solutions that create measurable business value while reducing risk.

Responsibilities
Design pragmatic, secure, and scalable architectures that support business needs and delivery priorities, while defining appropriate technology approaches for AI, automation, and data initiatives.
Evaluate various solution scenarios and recommend the most suitable options based on business value, risk, cost, and complexity.
Ensure consistency of technology decisions and alignment with the organization's architecture and technology strategies.
Integrate security, compliance, governance,



and operational requirements into proposed solutions in collaboration with architecture, infrastructure, security, and platform teams.
Support delivery teams with work breakdown, sequencing, dependency analysis, risk identification, and architecture reviews.
Advise designers, developers, and analysts on key technical decisions while promoting architecture, integration, and automation best practices.
Contribute reusable patterns, frameworks, and accelerators that simplify solution delivery and increase efficiency.
Identify opportunities related to Generative AI, automation, and advanced analytics, evaluate impacts on processes and technology assets, and support the implementation of responsible and secure AI solutions.

Required Qualifications
Robust ability to understand both business and technology challenges and simplify complex situations.
Proven leadership, influence, pragmatism, and results-oriented mindset.
Experience with solution architecture, application integration, and data platforms.
Knowledge of Azure cloud services, artificial intelligence, and automation technologies.
Understanding of security, governance, and Agile delivery environments.
