This role partners closely with business leaders and support functions to embed operational risk management practices into day-to-day activities. You will help implement and evolve the operational risk management framework, act as a trusted advisor to business units, and foster a proactive risk culture. _______________ _ ______________ __ _____________ ___ ____________ ____ ___________ __**What you’ll accomplish with us** As a Senior Risk Advisor you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:* Lead operational risk management activities, including investigations, risk event management, business continuity, RCSAs, due diligence, risk assessments, and employee training.* Prepare risk reporting and trend analyses for leadership and 2nd line stakeholders.* Partner with business stakeholders to identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate operational risks.* Support the development and enhancement of business policies, procedures, and internal controls.* Collaborate with internal groups (IT, InfoSec, Legal, Operations, Sales, Group Risk Management, etc.) and contribute to audits, regulatory initiatives, and process‑improvement projects.* Represent the Risk & Compliance team in committees and meetings while promoting a strong, proactive risk culture across the organization.
