Dawson Road Maintenance is hiring Seasonal Operators to ensure protected winter roads in B.C. This role involves snow clearing and requires a Class 1 or 3 license for heavy equipment operation. As a Seasonal Operator, you will work in a full time temporary role across various locations including Anahim Lake and Tatla Lake. Emphasizing safety and teamwork, this position involves manual labor, equipment handling, and explicit communication with the Road Foreperson. Effectively clear snow and ice from icy roads
Operate machinery in challenging weather conditions
Collaborate with team members on maintenance objectives
Document daily work progress and status
Maintain equipment with care and regular reporting Requirements:
At least two years of road maintenance experience
Valid Class 1 or 3 driver's license mandatory
Commercial driving experience is preferred
