Take the lead as the Manager of Adult Intensive Services with the Canadian Mental Health Association in Guelph, Ontario. This full time in office role emphasizes crisis response and community engagement. You will provide operational oversight and clinical supervision for Adult Intensive Services.
This includes monitoring program quality, managing budgets, and fostering a supportive team setting to deliver effective mental health and addiction services. Your leadership will ensure the alignment of services with evidence-informed practices and community needs. Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily operations for Adult Intensive Services
Ensure compliance with funding agreements and audits
Supervise and develop clinical staff
Foster connections with healthcare and community partners
Drive continuous quality improvement efforts Requirements:
Master’s degree in Social Work or related field
At least five years in mental health and addiction services
Three years in a supervisory role in a healthcare setting
Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices
