R71061**Job Summary:**The Project Manager / Implementation Specialist is responsible for leading the deployment of AssetWorks GPS solutions for fleet customers across North America. This role manages implementation projects from kickoff through go-live, serving as the primary customer contact while coordinating software configuration, hardware deployment, training, and project execution to ensure successful outcomes.**Job Description:*** Lead multiple AW GPS implementation projects from initiation through successful go-live.* Develop and manage project plans, schedules, risks, action items, budgets, and status reporting.* Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation lifecycle.* Gather and document business requirements and configure AW GPS solutions to meet customer operational needs.* Coordinate GPS hardware installations, device activation, and deployment logistics.* Deliver installation training to customers, technicians, dealers, and installation partners on AW GPS hardware, wiring standards,



troubleshooting procedures, and deployment best practices.* Conduct administrator and end-user training sessions to ensure successful adoption of the solution.* Troubleshoot GPS and telematics hardware, connectivity, sensor integrations, and related deployment issues.* Analyze customer business processes and operational challenges to identify opportunities for product enhancement.* Develop detailed feature requests, business requirements, and use cases for Product Management and Engineering teams to address customer needs and improve the AW GPS platform.* Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder reviews, and executive status updates.* Manage project risks, issue resolution, escalations, and change requests.* Support pilot deployments, large-scale rollouts, and post-implementation optimization activities.* Maintain project documentation, installation standards, training materials, and implementation best practices.* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and achieve customer satisfaction objectives. #J-18808-Ljbffr
