This position is designed for a reliable individual with at least one year of inventory management experience. You will actively monitor and reconcile inventory while collaborating closely with the purchasing and production teams to drive efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Perform weekly reconciliations and monitor inventory accuracy
• Assist with production demand inventory assessments
• Train team members on effective cycle counting practices
• Ensure compliance with FIFO inventory rotation

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of relevant inventory experience
• Strong eye for detail and advanced problem-solving abilities
• Warehouse operational background is preferred
• Knowledge of WMS, MRP, or ERP systems an asset
• Proven communication skills in team environments
