Within your team, your essential role will be:
plan, organize and control the operational activities and human resources of the cashier's department;
see to the constant improvement of customer service;
ensure that the department is clean and maintains an attractive image;
maintain an adequate level of inventory;
supervise the work of the personnel under your supervision and see to task distribution;
see to the training of employees under your supervision;
perform all tasks related to balancing cash registers.
