What your responsibilities will include:

Operate a forklift safely throughout the shift

Ability to move and manage freight efficiently and effectively, avoiding damages

Load and unload freight onto and off of trailers

Ability to load trailers in a manner to maximize space

Possess basic knowledge of trailer weight capacities

Conduct forklift safety checks daily

Operate forklift in a shared space with other Dockworkers and warehouse staff

Using basic Microsoft Office and other programs for various tasks

What we require from you:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Minimum 2 years Operating Forklift

Minimum 2 year of Warehouse Experience

Intermediate Computer Skills

Cross Dock experience is an asset

Truck Mate experience is an asset

Forklift License/certificate required

Team player with a positive attitude

Solid communication skills both written and verbal
