Accountabilities Product Demonstrations within this region (North America)
Timely reaction to dealer or customer concerns
Interact with customers, departments, and personnel regarding technical and information requests such as delivery, product requirements, product problem resolution, and warranty.
Coordinates service issues and updates internal systems and all affected internal and external customers to facilitate superior and continuing customer sales and service.
Assist dealers in establishing key customer relationships on-site customer visits.
Meet on regularly with Territory Managers to gather feedback and market intelligence.
Provide feedback to internal departments on customer/dealer concerns and issues
Resolve product quality and performance issues for customers and dealers with Production & P&D;
Contribute and manage to an annual development plan.
Field Issue presentations on their product classes, Non-conformance reporting, ECRs, field reporting
Involved in product research and development, parts installations, and part sales argumentation
Work extensively with service international team in Sweden
Work with extensively sales enablement and the training team in Sweden
Knowledge of when to use/buy certain options for the products being supported
Own and maintain an annual North American training plan and calendar aligned with product launches, seasonal support needs, dealer requirements, and business priorities.
Assess dealer and employee capability gaps using service cases, field reports, warranty trends, product changes, learner feedback, assessments, and manager input; prioritize training based on customer and business risk.
Create, collect, standardize, and maintain instructor-led, virtual, online, video, audio, presentation, assessment, and job-aid content for all products sol
