The Role We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator ( Product Advisor) who delivers exceptional customer experiences, builds long-term relationships, and guides customers confidently through the full sales process for new and pre-owned vehicles.
What You’ll Do: Greet customers and create a welcoming first impression
Discover customer needs and recommend the right vehicle options
Present and explain vehicle features with confidence and accuracy
Conduct skilled, safe test drives
Manage customer follow-up in the CRM to build lasting relationships
Guide customers through the purchase process and documentation
Coordinate with the Finance Department, Service Department, and the Delivery Specialist for seamless handoffs
Stay current with product training, incentives, and market trends
What We’re Looking For: Successful candidates must meet the licensing and registration requirements of the province in which they are employed, including any required automotive sales or finance-related regulatory approvals.
Automotive sales experience is an asset.
Strong communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills with the ability to build trust, understand customer needs, and deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer interactions and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends,



and varying schedules as required to support customer needs.
Willingness to participate in ongoing training and continuously develop product knowledge, sales skills, and industry knowledge.
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
