About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and technically adept Remote Production Technician to monitor and support manufacturing processes from a distance. In this unique role, you will remotely oversee automated production lines, analyze data from sensors and control systems, and troubleshoot operational issues to ensure optimal performance and quality. You will collaborate closely with on-site teams via digital communication tools to resolve challenges and implement improvements.

This position offers a fantastic opportunity to leverage technology in a manufacturing setting without being physically present on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities

Remotely monitor automated production equipment and processes using SCADA and other monitoring systems.

Analyze real-time operational data to identify deviations, potential issues, and opportunities for optimization.

Provide remote technical support and guidance to on-site teams for troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Maintain detailed logs of operational performance, issues encountered, and resolutions implemented.





Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards through remote oversight.

Communicate effectively with production supervisors, engineers, and maintenance staff via digital platforms.

Requirements

Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field (e.g., Industrial Automation, Electrical Engineering Technology).

Experience with manufacturing process monitoring and control systems (e.g., PLCs, SCADA).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical data.

Excellent communication skills and comfort working with remote collaboration tools.

Familiarity with manufacturing environments and production processes.
