Reporting to the Director, Benefit Systems, you will play a crucial role in developing scalable data systems and ensuring data integrity. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and oversee the data architecture and governance framework
• Assess and create enterprise data models and warehouses
• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards




• Design business intelligence solutions to enhance decision-making
• Facilitate data quality and oversee ETL processes

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5-8 years of experience in data architecture
• Expertise in SQL and database management
• Experience in Power BI for reporting and analytics
• Knowledge of regulatory and governance frameworks
