Take charge as an Operations & Quality Lead, focusing on enhancing the delivery of our commercial janitorial services. Your hands-on leadership will directly impact service quality and team efficiency. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Manager, performing inspections to ensure that cleaning services adhere to outlined standards. You’ll lead by example, providing coaching and delegating tasks to support cleaning staff, ensuring every client visit is met with professionalism. Proactive communication will be key to resolving service issues and maintaining operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct client inspections to uphold service quality
Communicate and document service quality issues
Offer direction, coaching, and staff support




Assist in onboarding and training recent hires
Inventory management of cleaning supplies Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a criminal record check
Experience in facilities or quality assurance preferred
Comfortable with technology for scheduling tasks
