This role involves developing children’s cognitive and social abilities while leading classroom experiences backed by strong educational practices. You'll contribute to a agile team, ensuring an inspiring and developmentally appropriate atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain a welcoming classroom workplace
Design lesson plans aligned with Fueling Brains’ goals
Engage children in meaningful learning blocks and routines




Document and assess children's learning progression
Collaborate with families and educators across the campus Requirements:
Alberta Level 3 Certification in Early Childhood Education
Minimum 2 years of experience in licensed childcare
Strong understanding of early learning practices
Excellent communication and leadership skills
