Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operational functions of the home
Support and mentor team of Direct Support Workers
Monitor quality of person-centered supports provided
Implement and evaluate individual support plans
Facilitate communication and positive relationships Requirements:
2–3 years in support roles for adults
Educational background in Human Services or similar
Experience with leadership and employee development
Valid Driver's Licence and transportation availability
