Job Description
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager who is an exceptional leader with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a high-performing store team. The Store Manager will be responsible for driving sales, delivering an outstanding customer experience, and overseeing the overall day-to-day operations of the store.

Job Responsibilities

Lead the store team in consistently delivering an exceptional customer experience

Drive sales performance and achieve store sales goals and key performance indicators

Coach, develop, and maximize the performance of all associates

Set clear expectations and ensure accountability across the store team

Analyze sales results, identify business opportunities, and create effective action plans

Build and maintain a strong, collaborative, and high-performing team

Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain top talent

Ensure associates receive ongoing training, coaching, and development

Communicate company goals, priorities,



and expectations effectively to the team

Execute and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Oversee merchandise flow and inventory management

Ensure visual and merchandising standards are consistently maintained

Manage controllable expenses and support overall store profitability

Maintain Mango procedures and operational standards

Ensure Loss Prevention, health, and safety procedures are followed

Required Skills/Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in specialty retail, luxury goods, fashion retail, or a comparable retail environment

Previous Store Manager or retail management experience required

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team

Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals and drive store performance

Ability to analyze sales reports, identify business trends, and respond quickly to the needs of the business

Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills

Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced retail environment

Exceptional interpersonal, communication, leadership, and customer service skills

Proven ability to identify, recruit, develop, and retain top talent

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Pay Range: $25–$30/hour
