In this position, you will conduct thorough inspections of track assets to align with safety standards. You'll assist in planning and implementing maintenance strategies, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with company policies. Your leadership will contribute significantly to crew efficiency and safety performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct periodic inspections of railway track assets
• Assist in developing maintenance programs and schedules
• Review crew efficiency in meeting project goals




• Generate daily inspection reports and implement findings
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations

Requirements:
• High School diploma plus relevant technical training
• Experience with SolidTrack software considered an asset
• Solid organizational and leadership abilities
• Familiarity with rail regulations and safety rules
• Valid Driver’s License; Class 3 license is preferred
