Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect and network for new funding relationships
• Develop proposals with field and finance teams
• Align requests with organizational funding priorities




• Create performance measurement frameworks for donors
• Conduct training for staff on funding strategies

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree essential; Master’s preferred
• Three years of grant experience required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with international community development preferred
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
