As a member of the Canadian Business Immigration team, you will apply your legal knowledge to deliver exceptional immigration services. This includes overseeing complex cases, preparing applications, and offering strategic consulting to enhance client success in navigating immigration laws.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage delivery of Canadian immigration services to clients
• Prepare, review, and submit various immigration applications
• Make legal submissions to global consulates and visa offices




• Facilitate the legal movement of employees for business travel
• Oversee junior staff and manage deliverables to clients

Requirements:
• Law degree and licensed to practice in Canada
• Minimum of 1-5 years’ experience in Canadian immigration law
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to handle high-volume client demands
• Knowledge of business development practices is advantageous
