Key Responsibilities:
• Operate snowplows and other heavy equipment
• Conduct winter maintenance on highways year-round
• Assist with repairs, including potholes and guardrails
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Follow safety regulations and guidelines

Requirements:
• Hold a valid AZ or DZ driver's license
• Capacity to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Previous snowplow operation experience is a plus
• Submit a current 3-year commercial driver’s abstract
• Preparedness for shift work and night shifts
