Reporting to the Manager, you will manage day-to-day operations of the unit/service/program, ensuring the best use of resources to achieve MHSU objectives. Your leadership will foster collaboration and professional growth while promoting safety and quality standards in patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate daily clinical operations effectively
• Supervise staff while guiding their professional development
• Develop and enforce policies to enhance care standards
• Engage in quality assurance and risk management
• Act as liaison among care teams and external stakeholders

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in health field required
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience, including clinical
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience necessary
• Registration with the appropriate qualified body required
• Possession of a valid BC Driver's license needed
