Your Responsibilities
You’ll coordinate evaluation activities, including survey administration, focus groups, interviews, project timelines, and stakeholder communications.
You’ll act as the subject matter expert for Qualtrics,



managing survey design, deployment, data collection, and dataset organization.
You’ll perform data validation, quality assurance, and preliminary quantitative and qualitative analysis to support reporting and program evaluation.
You’ll update dashboards, prepare reports, presentations, infographics, and executive summaries that communicate key findings and recommendations.
You’ll support the development of evaluation frameworks, logic models, evaluation matrices, and environmental scans across multiple programs.
You’ll partner with Evaluation Leads and Project Managers to manage ad hoc reporting requests, workload metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
You’ll contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of organizational data products while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
Skills and Qualifications
3+ years of experience supporting evaluation, research, program measurement, data analysis, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in a Social Science or related discipline is required.
Demonstrated experience using Qualtrics to design surveys, manage data collection, and administer end‑to‑end survey processes.
Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting both quantitative and qualitative data, including surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
Experience creating dashboards, reports, presentations, and data visualizations that communicate insights to diverse audiences.
Excellent project coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
Strong attention to detail with experience validating data,



maintaining data quality, and supporting reporting processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship‑building skills with a collaborative, solutions‑focused approach.
