Clio is looking for a high-output onboarding specialist who blends technical expertise with exceptional customer experience to help legal professionals adopt Clio’s suite across their lifecycle.
You will lead strategy and training sessions, drive first-value for customers, and own the post-ownership journey while partnering with Sales and Enablement to ensure a smooth transition. You will mentor juniors and contribute to knowledge bases.
