You have experience working with a Quality department and looking for long term employment. Responsibilities
Assistingwith the implementation andadherenceof theQuality Management Systems policies, procedures, and values.
Receiving, organizing,maintaining, as-buildingand transmitting drawings and documentation as per Stuart Olson Industrials Document Control procedure.
Build andmaintainlogs for Drawings, Requests for Information (RFIs),Non-Conformances(NCRs), Measuring and Testing Equipmentand others asdeemednecessary.
Assiststhe execution and Quality team with document requests.(RFIs, Change Orders, etc.)
CompileQualityspecific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Assistwith the building of Quality Documentation / Packages based on provided templatesfrom the Quality Lead.
Scanning and organizing of completed Quality Documentation prior to submission to the client.
Assistancewith notifications to theappropriate partiesfor Inspection & Test Plan hold and/witness points.
Ensure record retention for maintenance, projects and turnaround is as per Stuart Olson Industrials Document Control Procedure.
Qualifications
Must have experience working in a Quality Control department
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) plus BlueBeam, OneDrive and SharePoint
Solid ethics, confidentiality, integrity and commitment to safety
Able to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong time‑management, organization, critical thinking and problem‑solving skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships
Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to work independently with a customer‑focused mindset
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated urgency, adaptability and performance in fast‑paced environments
