In this full time role, you will work with a proactive Housing team at Family Services Windsor-Essex to connect with individuals experiencing homelessness. Your responsibilities will include assessing client needs, coordinating housing searches, and linking them to essential community services. Through your efforts, you will help foster stability and belonging for families and individuals seeking assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outreach to identify homeless individuals needing help
• Evaluate potential clients' housing needs




• Provide referrals and problem-solving resources
• Maintain inventory lists of housing options
• Liaise with landlords and agencies for housing placements

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Services or related
• 2 years of experience in case management
• Familiarity with Windsor-Essex community programs
• Excellent advocacy and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle access
