Senior Helpers Okanagan is hiring a Client Services Coordinator to support our caregiver team, maintain reliable schedules, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
This role is ideal for a registered HCA or experienced caregiver who thrives in a fast‑paced, logistical environment and wants a clear path to grow into leadership.




About the Role The Coordinator ensures continuity of care through effective scheduling , some client communication , and hands‑on caregiving support when coverage gaps arise.
Key Responsibilities Manage daily/weekly caregiver schedules and respond quickly to cancellations
Handle client calls related to timing, logistics, and schedule updates
Support caregivers with logistical problem‑solving
Take light‑to‑moderate client care shifts (8–12 hrs/week) to maintain continuity
Assist with onboarding and operational tasks
Support community outreach as assigned; including presentations to seniors and community facilities.
What You Bring Registered with the BC Care Aide Registry
2+ years senior‑care experience
Robust communication, organization, and follow‑through
Calm, steady professionalism
Reliable transportation; flexibility for occasional evenings/weekends
~23–27 office hours/week + care‑shift supplementation.
30+ hour work week.
