Key Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain standards and tools for business analysis
• Lead the Business Analysis Community of Practice initiatives
• Provide coaching and expert advice to Business Analysts




• Support the integration of BA practices into project management
• Analyze feedback and improve BA methods continuously

Requirements:
• Over 8 years of extensive business analysis experience
• Experience in developing governance frameworks and playbooks
• Proven mentoring ability for Business Analysts
• Solid process improvement skills and methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
