Position Title: SeniorCoordinator, Human Resources
Office Location : Toronto
Hybrid mode: 3 days per week in office
Position Overview
Choice Properties is looking for a Senior Human Resource (HR) Coordinator to join our team for an 18-month contract! The Senior Human Resources Coordinator will support theHuman Resources teamby coordinating and following through on various Human Resources activities and projects including Company-wide Human Resources programs/initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Front line representative forcolleague'squestions or concerns.
Coordinate and support key annual HR processes including Performance and CompensationandEngagement Survey.
Responsible for the effective application of HRIS (Workday) ensuringaccuratedata management and promoting ongoing best practices inleveragingtool.
Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to support a smooth end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
Provide guidance,directionand advice to the clientregardingemployment related issues including but not limited to the interpretation of company policies & procedures, recruitment, training &developmentandbenefitsadministration.;
Support the rollout and adoption of HR programs, initiatives, and HR technology.
Lead the generation ofpeoplemetrics, including headcount, turnover, and other key workforce metrics to drive data-informed HR strategies.
Partner with cross-functional teams to support internal compliance audits, ensuring documentation isaccurateand up to date.
Resolve sensitive colleague issues. Research answers and make inquiriesofHR related issues,escalateto HRBP's whererequired.
Responsible for programlogisticssupport and event management, including coordination of training sessions or meetings, room set-upand materialsrequired.
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and provincial requirements.
Coordinate leave of absence and accommodation requests in partnership withappropriate internalteams.
Resolve necessary payroll inquiries asrequired.
Assistthe teamwith research, analysis and implementation of programs,reportsand projects asrequired.

Qualifications:
Post-secondary education preferably in Human Resources and obtained (or working towards) HR Management Certification.
3-5yearsprogressive HR experience, coordinating departmental programs and initiatives is a definite asset.
Bilingualism(French/English) is anasset.
Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
Strong integrity withdemonstratedability tomaintainconfidentiality and managehighly sensitiveinformation.
Solidprogramskillsrequiredin MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook).
Exceptional interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) andproblem solvingskills.
Customer focused and able to nurture positive customer relationships.
Highly organized and has a high degree of attention to detail.
Strong analytical skills and superior ability to problem-solve.
Exceptional commitment to customer service withstrongsense of urgency.
Highly motivated, self-starter, requiring little direction.

Hiring Range / Échelle salariale à l’embauche :
