Join Caivan as a Project Manager Associate, focused on supporting the Foundations team in managing construction stages. This full-time position is on-site within the GTA.

In this role, you'll take part in key construction activities from excavation to sodding, ensuring projects proceed safely and efficiently. Your experience and education in construction will support your collaboration with the Foundations Manager to uphold Caivan’s quality and safety standards. This track offers a excellent opportunity to grow in residential construction management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support in managing excavation and grading tasks
• Liaise with Trade Partners on adherence to specifications
• Monitor quality of excavation and foundation walls




• Coordinate all necessary city and engineer inspections
• Assist in managing snow and street cleaning operations

Requirements:
• College Diploma or University Degree in Construction
• 5-7 years of technical experience required
• Familiarity with Ontario Building Code essential
• Vehicle access and valid G Class license required
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
