Become a Sustainability-Focused Energy Engineer dedicated to managing energy efficiency and retrofitting strategies. You'll play a vital role in improving building performance and sustainability initiatives.

In this full-time position, you will report to the Director of Energy and Sustainability. The Energy Engineer will facilitate energy audits, develop energy-saving projects, and interact closely with Facility Managers and multiple stakeholders. Your technical skills will drive impactful energy management programs across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct building energy assessments and manage efficiency projects
• Analyze energy usage data and recommend improvements
• Develop scopes for carbon neutral studies and audits




• Lead energy saving communications among team members
• Support project management in capital investment planning

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 5+ years in energy management with applicable experience
• Strong understanding of utility structures and energy analytics
• Proficient in Excel and energy performance reviews
• Effective communicator with outstanding organizational skills
