As a key member of the Compounding team, you will maintain high manufacturing efficiencies while delivering a quality product in a safe and clean environment.
Pay: $24.59/hr
Timing: Afternoon Shift 2:30pm – 10:45pm
Key Duties & Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate equipment and facility requirements to meet short and long term scheduling objectives.
Assist in developing more junior staff through training.
Improve the profitability by output and efficiency of the batch.
Follow GMP procedures in compliance with government and corporate regulations/guidelines.
Follow SOP’s in compliance with government GMP’s and corporate objectives.
Ensure the schedule is followed to meet set timelines.
Manufacture pilot batches and participate in troubleshooting problem batches.
Qualifications & Experience: B.Sc. in Sciences is desired but not required.
3+ years of compounding experience.
The ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
Basic math skills.
Problem solving, decision making skills and troubleshooting capabilities.
