As part of the Ticketing & Audience Development team, you will be responsible for daily ticketing operations and enhancing customer experience at Edmonton's premier venues. You will handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accurate data management related to ticket sales, maximally enriching the visitor experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist guests with ticket inquiries and service issues
• Handle routine ticket order and account requests
• Support event ticketing operations and fulfillment
• Maintain sales tracking and customer databases




• Prepare essential reports and manage operational procedures

Requirements:
• Solid interpersonal and customer service skills
• Familiarity with ticketing systems or CRM tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management
