Reporting to the North Bay Branch, you will focus on diagnosing and efficiently repairing truck and coach equipment. A strong mechanical background with relevant experience in electrical systems will support your success. Your dedication to customer service will ensure our clients receive the best support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and repair truck-related equipment in office
• Accurately record machine data and actions taken
• Safely use tools and computer systems in repairs
• Conduct road tests to verify equipment functionality
• Collaborate on warranty diagnostics with engineers

Requirements:
• Certified Journeyperson in Truck and Coach technician
• Knowledge of CAT, CUMMINS, and PACCAR engines
• Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to manage time and pressure effectively
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
