Life’s Journey Inc. is seeking an Outreach Support Mentor in Brandon, MB, to provide direct support to participants of the Outreach or Westman Services program.
You will work with the Drop in Coordinator and Clinical team to plan, monitor, and communicate activities aligned with each participant’s program planning documents. This role requires solid communication, cultural knowledge, and the ability to follow agency policies while maintaining professional boundaries.
