Office Manger (NOC: 13100) will be doing the following duties: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and implement new workflow protocols to ensure smooth hospital operations.
Establish work priorities, delegate tasks to support staff, and ensure deadlines and clinical procedures are followed.
Supervise, schedule, and train 5 to 10 administrative and client support staff (receptionists, office assistants, and veterinary assistants).




Plan, track, and assist in controlling operating budgets, financial reports, and clinic expenditures.
Maintain inventory controls for medical supplies, office equipment, and retail pet products.
Administer clinic policies regarding file management and record transfers.
Schedule clinic meetings, staff appointments, and continuing education programs.
Handle client service escalations and ensure a high standard of client.
Establish work priorities, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
Plan and control budget and expenditure
Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
