RESPONSIBILITIES

Use single or multiple systems to gather or input data in support of duties.

Maintain data repositories in various systems, including adding, modifying, removing, and archiving data.

Support ad hoc or routine requests in support of business needs.

Liaise with various teams to identify gaps and issues, and address or elevate any areas of concern.

Liaise with various teams to apply any required corrections to relevant data or reports.

Communicate and elevate to stakeholders when requiring intervention or guidance.

Communicate effectively and assist the supervisor or Manager with addressing feedback from internal and external stakeholders.

Process confidential data and information according to defined processes.

Perform assessments to ensure accuracy of reports.

Provide quality assurance of imported data, troubleshooting any data issues.

Perform assessments to ensure accuracy of reports.

Generate and maintaining SOPs, Work Instructions, Job Aides, etc., related to assigned tasks.





Coordinate work priorities and ensuring deadlines are met.

Use and update SharePoint as the preferred tool to share information, documentation, etc., with the Transportation group.

EDUCATION

College Certificate or University Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Technical, is an asset

EXPERIENCE

Transportation and Logistics experience (1-2 years)

Computer literacy and solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially moderate to advanced Excel use

Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
