Check and confirm accuracy of diet orders
Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas
Handle resident concerns with effective communication
Lead the Food Services Workers in daily operations Requirements:
Previous supervisory cooking experience necessary
Current Protected Food Handling Certificate preferred
Minimum public-school education background
Diploma in food preparation is an advantage
