Step into the Facilities Maintenance Specialist role at Hornblower Group, focused on keeping our facilities in prime condition. This contract position offers exposure to various maintenance and repair functions. You will be tasked with ensuring our facilities are not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing, through landscaping, repairs, and upkeep. This includes executing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and liaising with the maintenance director. Your attention to detail will be critical in maintaining Hornblower's high standards of safety and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Perform repairs, painting, and renovations
Carry out basic carpentry and masonry tasks
Operate large machinery as needed
Respond promptly to maintenance requests
Maintain accurate records for preventative maintenance Requirements:
High school diploma or O.S.S.D.
At least two years in a similar role
Solid understanding of plumbing and HVAC systems
Must have a clean driving record
