Job DescriptionThis position is responsible for the timely and accurate settlement of financial products for Merrill Lynch Canada Inc. The department is responsible for the settlement of all fixed income and equity products.ResponsibilitiesProvide technical expertise in relation to data processed in the areaParticipate in the daily activities of the settlements areaWork with colleagues to manage data in 'spreadsheet' type applicationsWork with the department to identify opportunities to make processing flows more efficientCreate, document, and implement technical solutionsProblem resolution: Identify, investigate and devise corrective actionWork well under pressure with daily deadlinesQualificationsProven organizational and time management skillsAbility to work in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environmentStrong interpersonal skills to manage your relationships within custodian, and internal & external clientsExcellent communication skills, verbal and writtenDemonstrated success working in a team environmentAbility to work collaboratively on projects and well as independentlyAbility to work flexible hours,
