Job Requirements

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Job Duties

- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of employees who prepare food orders in portion
- Order materials, supplies, and ingredients based on demand
- Confirm that food services are meeting quality standards
- Prepare and submit cost reports with records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Supervise and check assembly of trays
- Schedule work shifts for employees
