Job Description The delivery and implementation of the AWS network infrastructure to be managed as part of the responsibilities
To work with a varied and diverse team of people who are dedicated to providing value to customers by means of innovation through the company's product and services.
Create an workplace that is supportive to the development of successful team collaborations and at the same time ensure the environment is positive for the work.
Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of network equipment rollout.
Work closely with teams throughout Canada and may be required to travel accordingly.
Assist in tracking, developing,



and enhancing team performance and processes through continued improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities Plan, assign priorities, and deploy work for a successful project delivery.
Organize staff schedules, resources for deployments, and off-hours as needed.
Manage hardware quality assurance, rack and cabling quality assurance, and onsite deployment process.
Guide and nurture employees through the provision of training, mentorship, and adequate documentation.
Monitor the progress of the projects, communicate the problems and progress to the management, and give the management updates on the project's status at regular intervals.
Work with all teams to ensure safety, compliance with company policies, procedures, and operations.
Requirements Fluency in both French and English (being able to orally, comprehend difficult technical information and their corresponding techniques at a high level).
Possession of a bachelor's degree (or a combination of education and experience that is equivalent).
Five-year experience in controlling groups of field technicians or field engineers with the data center or co-location situation.
Three years of data centre/colocation operations, rack placement, and vendor management experience related to the cabling process.
Three years of hands-on experience working with network cabling, optical fibre cable technologies and Copper with fibre connectivity and test equipment used to manage the connectivity process.
Previous experience working with the Network Engineering and Network Technical Project Manager groups to ensure a smooth rollout of recent designs and products.
Excellent operational metrics reporting to senior management process improvements and planning with time management all while adhering to Amazon's leadership principles .
