Your role will be crucial in ensuring that department operations run seamlessly by providing quality administrative support, maintaining employee records, and facilitating organizational processes. Strong organizational skills will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the initial HR contact for all telephone inquiries
• Manage HR emails with prompt and professional replies




• Process employment verification and create letters
• Keep employee records up-to-date and compliant
• Track budgets and manage invoices accurately

Requirements:
• 1 year of experience in Human Resources
• Degree or diploma/certificate in HR required
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a busy environment
