We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join a leading food processing facility in the GTA region .

Pay
$100K - $120K

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Electrical team, promoting accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Serve as the primary technical resource for electrical troubleshooting and maintenance issues.

Oversee site-wide maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and company policies.

Drive initiatives to improve equipment reliability, maximize uptime, and reduce production downtime.

Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs, including work planning, scheduling, and MRO inventory management.

Collaborate with Operations and other departments to support production and achieve business objectives.

Coordinate contractors, maintenance shutdowns, employee scheduling, and maintenance activities.





Monitor team performance and support employee development, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Provide hands-on electrical support and participate in on-call coverage for electrical breakdowns as required.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or process environment.

Valid Industrial Electrician (442A) license required; 309A license considered an asset.

Solid knowledge of GMP, TPM, process control, and industrial maintenance practices.

Extensive experience in electrical and automation troubleshooting within a manufacturing environment.

Strong proficiency with Allen-Bradley PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, Kinetix systems, and servo motors.
