As a leader you create, motivate and develop a team working together to deliver the highest Safety, Quality,



Attendance and Performance levels for the Amazon operations network.

Support and work closely with the Salaried and Hourly employees on a daily basis.

Role as a leader is to work in a situation where the pace of execution and the devotion to customer delivery are the most significant things.

Will have a flexible timetable with a day or night shift, which may also cover weekends and holidays.

Work with and collaborate with various cross functional teams such as Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention and HR.

Responsibilities

Develop, assist and encourage team members about the work and culture.
Manage large site-wide and Regional Operation projects efficiently.

Forecast and coordinate through other leaders and sustain good coordination.

Cooperate intimately with Safety, Engineering, HR, Loss Prevention, and Quality teams.

Think about performing physical activities like walking or standing, carrying and lifting (up to 49 lbs), etc.

Function in a reasonably fast-paced setting with diverse noise conditions, temperature fluctuations, and even outdoors.

Requirements

A proven record of successfully leading Employees and managing their Performance for 3+ Years.

The position requires candidates to have either a Bachelor’s Degree, or 2+ Years full-time Amazon (Blue Badge/FTE) employment .

Available to work on various schedules, shifts, closing shifts, weekends and Holidays.

One year or more experience working with performance Metrics in order to track and improve results achieved.
