RICKY'S ALL DAY GRILL is seeking a Regional Property Manager – Prairies to lead a regional portfolio of residential and commercial properties, overseeing maintenance, leasing, tenant relations, customer service, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and reporting.
You will manage a six-site team, collaborate with senior leadership and acquisitions, and drive KPIs, budgets, and readiness for recent properties to strengthen occupancy and profitability.
