Summary
The Repair and Maintenance Manager supports CHANEL Canada's store planning team across fashion, fragrance and beauty, and watches and fine jewelry. This six-month fixed-term role coordinates repairs and maintenance for the Oakridge Boutique and develops preventative maintenance programs with a focus on sustainability.

Responsibilities

Inspect sites and gather repair and maintenance requirements.

Communicate site needs and schedule work with contractors, trades, artists, and vendors.

Maintain vendor relationships, negotiate processes, and conduct competitive bidding.

Develop preventative maintenance programs and conduct lifecycle analyses to plan repair work.

Assess quotes, write purchase orders, and manage an annual budget.

Requirements

Background in design or architecture.

Knowledge of furniture, millwork, artwork, architectural finishes, floor plans, local regulations, and building codes.

Experience assessing quotes, preparing purchase orders, and managing budgets.

Proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD.

Ability to respond to urgent requests and travel within Canada; French is an asset.
