We’re looking for an experienced Floor Manager to join our team.

This is a hands-on management position. You’ll be responsible for the normal day-to-day duties of running a restaurant, but you’ll also be an active part of service, regularly serving or bartending alongside the team.

We’re specifically looking for someone who likes to execute, not just supervise. The administrative side of the role is important, but it represents a relatively small portion of the week. Most of your time will be spent on the floor, working service, supporting the team and making sure the restaurant runs properly.

The role includes:

- Serving and/or bartending during regular service
- Leading the floor and overseeing service while on shift
- Staff scheduling and schedule adjustments
- Tip administration and reconciliation
- Opening, closing, cash-outs and daily reporting
- Training, coaching and onboarding FOH staff
- Managing reservations, sections, cuts and service flow
- Handling guest concerns and service recovery
- Maintaining service standards, cleanliness and organization
- Helping with inventory, ordering and other operational tasks
- Communicating with kitchen and ownership on day-to-day issues




- Taking ownership when something needs to get done

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has strong serving and/or bartending experience
- Has previous restaurant leadership or management experience
- Is organized, reliable and comfortable making decisions
- Leads naturally while still being part of the team
- Is comfortable with scheduling and basic restaurant administration
- Understands great hospitality and can coach others toward it
- Doesn’t mind jumping behind the bar, taking a section, clearing tables or solving whatever problem happens to come up

This is a good role for someone who enjoys management but doesn’t want to spend their week sitting in an office. You’ll have real responsibility and authority, while still doing the part of restaurants that actually makes them work: service.
