From pre-service to the last guest leaving, you will lead and support your team!

Duties include:

- Managing the team from beginning of service to closing.
- Ensuring that standards of service are met.
- Creating and maintaining an setting where the team is performing to their potential.

- Ability to manage issues in a positive, solution-oriented manner.

Additional information:

- 4- to 5-day work week
- 5- to 8-hour shifts

Requirements:

- Minimum two years high-end serving experience. Management experience is an asset.
- WSET II or equivalent knowledge
